Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@asteri.lv. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that we will only cover returning costs in cases where the goods were wrongly delivered or were damaged on arrival.You can always contact us for any return question at info@asteri.lv.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Return or exchange can be made only if the buyer follows the return (exchange) conditions.
Return (exchange) conditions:
- The purchased item must be in its original form (complete set). Without signs of use or repair, without stains and foreign odours (tobacco, perfume, sweat, etc.)
- It is necessary to provide a document confirming the purchase: a check, an extract from the Internet bank or a delivery note;
- To return the money, send a letter in free form with a description of the reason for the return, contact information, order number and your bank account number to info@asteri.lv;
- Return of goods to the store is paid by the customer, shipping costs are not refundable.
Conditions for the return or exchange of goods in case of detection of a manufacturing defect:
- If you found a manufacturing defect - contact us on info@asteri.lv, attaching photos of the defective product;
- The product must be in its original form (complete set). Without signs of use or repair, without stains and foreign odours (tobacco, perfume, sweat, etc.);
- It is necessary to provide a document confirming the purchase: a check, an extract from the Internet bank or a delivery note;
- To return the money, send us a letter in free form with a description of the reason for the return, contact information, order number and your bank account number to info@asteri.lv;
- In case there is a need to return the goods upon detection of a defect, the cost of delivery and return will also be returned to the Customer.
A manufacturing defect is:
- Defective seams, defective zippers;
- Holes on the product before use;
- Puffs on the fabric;
- Spots;
- Uneven or torn seams.
Manufacturing defects are not:
- Staining or shedding after washing;
- Holes on the product after use;
- The appearance of pellets on the product;
- Any other damage associated with mechanical impact;
- Damage associated with improper use or care of the product: use of unsuitable detergents, incorrectly selected washing mode, exposure to a dryer, etc.;
- Shrinkage of the fabric in size up to 5% is considered acceptable.
In case of a dispute about the causes of defects or the fact of using the goods and the preservation of its presentation, an examination of the goods will be carried out. You can send the returned goods via parcel machine or via post.
Refunds:
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded. The money will be transferred to your bank account noT later than 14 days from the receipt of the goods back.
By starting using the goods, the buyer confirms that the goods correspond to the ordered and are not subject to return.
Individual orders:
Individual orders are products (items) created according to the individual requirements of the customer (sewn by the order):
- The fact of acceptance of an individual order is the prepayment;
- After making an advance payment (prepayment), it is impossible to cancel the ordered product;
- In case of refusal of the product after the actual acceptance of the order (prepayment), the prepayment is not refundable;
- Products made by the order cannot be exchanged or returned.
Exceptions:
- Manufacturing defect;
- Discrepancy between the actual dimensions of the finished product (before washing, drying and eyes) declared when placing an order.
